Get free help from Ozark Center counselors while remaining anonymous through TxtAboutIt. Counselors are on call 24 hours a day to communication by text or computer, confidentially or conveniently. TxAboutIt is offered through the combines services of Freeman Hospital West, Freeman Hospital East, Freeman Neosho Hospital and the Ozark Center. By providing TxtAboutIt’s counseling services to people needing information, education and/or support, the program relieves some burden from other departments at the hospital system, though Freeman offers more intense, in-person counseling services for those in need of them.
